The very brightly decorated bottle contains 60 easy to swallow softgels. You only have to take one per day, so this bottle alone will provide you with a two month supply! I also love that this Prenatal DHA Supplement contains no artificial coloring, flavors, sweeteners! It also is lactose free, sugar free and gluten free. It promises to have no fishy aftertaste either! DHA is very important during pregnancy and even into lactation. It’s actually transferred to your baby through breastfeeding and/or pumping, so taking a supplement is vital! This DHA Supplement makes an excellent addition to your usual Prenatal vitamin.
